How long does shipping take for my Smart Garden?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for plant pods and hardware?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Hardware must be returned in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and quality reasons, opened plant pod packs cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Do the Smart Gardens come with a warranty?
Yes, all our Smart Garden systems come with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This ensures your indoor garden stays productive and functional.

How do I know if the plants are safe for my pets?

What happens if my plant pods don't sprout?
We stand by our Sprouting Guarantee. If a plant pod fails to sprout within 21 days despite following the instructions, contact our support team and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
